But if you tear down the <strong>foundations of marriage<\/strong>, it is only normal for the whole building to collapse.<\/i><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">News from Berlin: <strong>the Protestants<\/strong> take another step \u201cforward\u201d!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The protagonist is pastor <mark><strong>Lena M\u00fcller<\/strong><\/mark>, 33, from the <i>Evangelische Kirche Berlin<\/i>, who during a wedding festival officiated a ceremony in which <strong>four men<\/strong>, involved in a polyamorous relationship, received a \u201csign of union.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Who is Reverend Lena M\u00fcller?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reverend <strong>Lena M\u00fcller<\/strong> presents herself strictly with <strong>fuchsia-colored<\/strong> hair and likes to describe herself as a \u201cpriest for inclusion and intersectional feminism, queer-friendly and anti-racist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They always seem like such <strong>identical<\/strong> characters, saying and writing the same things, <strong>the same empty words<\/strong> repeated like a mantra. Almost as if artificially produced from a queer mould.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For those who want to learn more, here is <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/metablabla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her Instagram account<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The Evangelical Church tries to contain the damage<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The good news is that the official reaction of the local <b>Evangelical Church<\/b> was swift.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bild.de\/news\/inland\/vier-maenner-verheiratet-kirche-distanziert-sich-von-poly-hochzeit-690ee57a0580923d0998b10f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a statement<\/a><\/em><\/strong> they clarified that this was not a \u201ckirchliche Trauung,\u201d that is, an <strong>ecclesiastical marriage<\/strong>, since for Evangelicals a blessing is possible only for couples who have already married civilly, and in any case the liturgical act remains reserved for <strong>two people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bishop <strong>Christian St\u00e4blein<\/strong> also rejected the countless accusations of having legitimized <strong>polygamy<\/strong>, but the fire extinguisher was not enough to put out the flames that the fuchsia-haired pastor <strong>kept feeding<\/strong> as she defended her action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201cThere was a lot of love between them,\u201d<\/i> M\u00fcller said. <i>\u201cSo we all agreed: what could God possibly have against the fact that there are four of them instead of two?\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-130882\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uccronline.it\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/lena_muller-1.webp\" alt=\"\"Lena M\u00fcller\" width=\"600\" height=\"315\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Why the pastor is right<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From a legal perspective, M\u00fcller must have forgotten that <strong>polygamy<\/strong> is a crime even in Germany, punishable under Article 172 of the German Penal Code (StGB).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But from a logical perspective, the pastor, contrary to what one might think, <strong>is not wrong at all<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Same-sex couples<\/strong> have been marrying for years in the Protestant Church and, once the <strong>foundations of marriage<\/strong> were dismantled by expanding it to same-sex couples in the name of <i>\u201clove is love\u201d<\/i>, there is no longer <strong>any valid argument<\/strong> to defend the numerical requirement of two persons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uccronline.it\/2015\/03\/04\/se-love-is-love-perche-non-aprire-anche-alla-poligamia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">We have discussed this many times<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, also recalling the statements of <i>Famiglie Arcobaleno<\/i> <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uccronline.it\/2014\/05\/06\/le-famiglie-arcobaleno-vanno-bene-anche-18-genitori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to which<\/a><\/em><\/strong> <i>\u201ceven <strong>18 parents<\/strong> are fine.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>If the criterion is \u201clove is love\u201d&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fuchsia-haired pastor did not invent anything; she simply pushed to its <strong>extreme consequences<\/strong> a logic already embedded in \u201cmarriage for all.\u201d Regardless of what her superiors may say.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If marriage is no longer tied to the complementary nature of man and woman, but to a generic <strong>subjective consensual feeling<\/strong>, then there is no reason to stop at the number two.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is the fate of every ethical revolution: <strong>destroy the foundations<\/strong> and then be surprised when the building collapses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thus, while the Catholic Church is preparing to publish a document on monogamy, the Churches that have separated from Rome continue to <strong>\u201cexperiment\u201d<\/strong> with new models of progress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The experiment itself shows its <strong>inevitable consequence<\/strong>: once the principle is abandoned, every limit becomes arbitrary.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reverend Lena M\u00fcller puts the Evangelical Church in trouble, already approving same-sex unions.
